About the Department – Customer Experience (Inside Sales)

The Inside Sales (Tele Sales) team plays a vital role in enhancing customer satisfaction and increasing product sales. They interact with existing and potential customers, recommend suitable products, and foster long-term relationships for repeat business.

🎯 Role Responsibilities

• Accurately record and process customer orders
• Achieve sales targets as per allocation
• Manage customer accounts and ensure satisfaction with Tata 1mg’s services
• Develop strong relationships to encourage repeat business
• Gain in-depth knowledge of Tata 1mg’s products and services to tailor recommendations based on customer needs

Requirements

• Graduate degree
• 1+ years of experience in tele sales or inside sales preferred
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools
